Chase Scene: Student Exemplars
The following Chase Scenes are excellent examples of student work from the TGJ2OI (Gr. 10 Comm Tech class)...enjoy.
One of the "best" chase scene videos produced in 2006 - The Dangerous World of Women completed by gr. 10 students.
Great example of using 3D Studio Max to create titles. Video completed during Sem. 1 of 2011-2012 school year.
The "Creep" chase scene video completed during Sem. 1 of 2011-2012 school year highlights special effects editing, e.g., transitions, black & white, and multiple fades.
Another example of using 3D Studio Max to create titles. Video completed during Sem. 1 of 2011-2012 school year.
Bullying Video produced during Sem. 1 of the 2011-2012 school year. The above video is the 4 1/2 minute version.
Same Bullying Video except with many more cuts/transitions to shorten the length of the video (approx. 2 1/2 minutes).

To produce a video, students must create and have approval from the teacher the following Pre-Production aspects of video production: "Treatment" (basic idea/flow for video), "Script" that is also blocked-out to show evidence of pre-planning, and finally a "Storyboard" that shows camera/dialogue for each shot within the movie. The slide show below is the pre-production work used to create the anti-bullying video, The Trouble Makers.
